The Air Source Electroplating High-Temperature Heat Pump operates by utilizing electricity to drive its compressor, using refrigerant as a thermal medium to extract ambient air heat, thus producing hot water. The system's efficiency stems from its ability to facilitate a phase change cycle (gas-liquid-gas) that continuously absorbs and discharges heat. This process, leveraging substantial ambient air heat absorption, efficiently transfers heat to water via a heat exchanger, elevating the plating bath's medicament temperature.
