Working principle
Our Air Source Electroplating High-Temperature Heat Pump ingeniously utilizes electrical energy to power the compressor, with refrigerant acting as the heat absorber. The system efficiently draws heat from the air to generate hot water. Through a cycle of physical phase changes (gas-liquid-gas), it absorbs and releases heat, significantly raising the temperature of the plating bath medicament. This thermal conversion process of electric heat energy is extraordinarily efficient.

1. Leveraging the Carnot cycle principle, this system is powered by electricity and employs refrigerant as the heat absorption medium, harvesting heat from the air to produce hot water. Featuring a top-tier compressor and the innovative fifth-generation double helix shell and tube heat exchanger from the USA, it maximizes environmental heat absorption.
