Working Principle
The Air Source Electroplating High-Temperature Heat Pump operates by driving a compressor with electricity and utilizing refrigerant as a heat absorber from the air to generate hot water. Through a process of physical phase changes (gas-liquid-gas), the high-temperature heat pump continuously absorbs and releases heat, raising the temperature of the solution in the plating bath with unparalleled efficiency.

1. Operating on the Carnot cycle principle, powered by electricity, it employs refrigerant to absorb environmental heat, producing hot water. The inclusion of a premium brand compressor and the latest U.S. fifth-generation double helix shell and tube heat exchanger maximizes environmental heat absorption. 2. Perfect for processes needing a temperature increase, such as hot water washing, oxidation, coloring, medium and high-temperature hole sealing, acid, and alkali etching tanks.
