Working principle
Our Air Source Electroplating High-Temperature Heat Pump utilizes electrical energy to power the compressor, using refrigerants as heat absorbers. This innovative system extracts heat from the air to generate hot water. Through a cyclic process of physical phase changes (gas-liquid-gas), it efficiently absorbs and releases heat, continuously raising the temperature of the bath solution. This cutting-edge thermal process maximizes energy conversion efficiency.

1. Based on the Carnot cycle, this system is electrically driven and employs refrigerants as heat absorbers, deriving heat from air to produce hot water. Featuring a premium-brand compressor and the latest fifth-generation double helix shell and tube heat exchanger from the USA, it optimally captures environmental heat while ensuring water and electricity are safely separated, promoting green and efficient processes.
