Scroll Type Air Cooled Heat Pump Unit

The scroll-type air-cooled heat pump unit adopts a high-efficiency fully enclosed scroll compressor, a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a coil heat exchanger, using R22, R134a, or R407c refrigerants. The energy efficiency rating can reach Level 2, with hot water outlet temperatures up to 75°C. The cooling capacity ranges from 25kW to 118.8kW, and the heating capacity ranges from 25kW to 127.2kW. It is widely used in various small and medium-sized commercial and industrial sites that require hot water for industrial production.

It employs independently developed high-efficiency evaporators and finned condensers, achieving a whole machine energy efficiency rating of Level 2. 3. The inner-threaded shell-and-tube evaporator offers highly efficient heat transfer.

4. The flow device uses a well-known brand thermal expansion valve.

5. The scroll-type air-cooled heat pump unit can be controlled via microcomputer or PLC control, with optional network capabilities for remote monitoring and after-sales service. 6. It uses an external rotor for smooth operation, low noise, and high efficiency.

1.High-Efficiency Low-Temperature Heat Pump Compressor
The unit is equipped with the mature and reliable ZW series scroll ultra-low-temperature compressor from Copeland (USA), renowned for its advanced production standards. It operates stably within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to 46°C. Through optimized system design and the application of high-quality components, the second-generation Yijiaren air-source heat pump water heater significantly improves performance, especially in heating capacity and service life.

2.Multi-Circuit Evaporator
The evaporator features a hydrophilic aluminum fin multi-circuit design with internal threaded copper tubes. The blue hydrophilic-coated aluminum fins and threaded copper tubes enhance surface hydrophilicity, facilitating rapid drainage of condensate to minimize frost buildup and ensure thorough defrosting. To enhance durability, the evaporator's heat exchange area is enlarged, enabling uniform and efficient heat absorption from low-temperature heat sources.

3.Copper Tube Heat Exchanger
Utilizing WDD intelligent heating technology, the coaxial spiral copper tube heat exchanger employs turbulent flow heat exchange to prevent scale formation. The seamless copper tube design eliminates internal welding points and water blind zones, while the extended coil length increases refrigerant contact area for higher energy performance.

4.Throttling Device
The system incorporates high-quality domestic brands like Sanhua electronic expansion valves and four-way reversing valves, ensuring automatic adjustment, smooth reversing, no gas leakage, and no jamming. The intelligent control system guarantees stable operation, energy savings, maintaining reliable performance even in extreme cold.

5.Low-Noise Fan
Low-speed, high-torque 3D turbo fan auto-adjusts speed for quiet, efficient operation with minimal frost and noise.

6.Intelligent Control System
The air-source heat pump is equipped with a smart controller featuring rational logic and premium materials. It offers comprehensive protection functions, including exhaust protection, overcurrent protection, phase sequence protection, high outlet water temperature protection, and high/low pressure protection, ensuring fully automated and safe operation.
