Product Description

Working Principle 

The flat plate collector absorbs solar energy and the heat is transferred to water tank through pump circulation; When the temperature difference between collector and tank reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically for heat exchange;
Usually an internal coil is pre-installed in storage tank as heat exchanger, a heat-transfer liquid circulates through flat panel to tank coil for heat exchange between the closed loop and main tank water, and an additional tank coil could be used to form a closed circulation loop for room or floor or pool heating.
There are many different configurations possible; the choice of design will depend on the purpose of the system, climate, space limitations and many other factors.

1.Collectors can be installed either on building rooftops or wall-mounted on suitable south-facing building facades such as balconies.
2.The internal circulation pipes of the collector are made of copper, preventing system failure caused by local vacuum tube damage while extending the product's service life.
3.Heat collection circulation pipes can be routed along pipe shafts or embedded in appropriate structures, without compromising indoor aesthetics.
4.The solar mode maximizes solar energy utilization during the day to save energy; homeowners can also set the activation time of auxiliary energy according to their habits.
5.The hot water storage tank can be placed in appropriate locations such as equipment rooms, bathrooms, or balconies. It operates under pressure, with hot water supplied by tap water pressure, ensuring stable water pressure and uniform mixing of cold and hot water.
6.Users do not need to control the solar hot water system—they only need to adjust the on/off of auxiliary energy, making operation simple and convenient.
7.The pressure-bearing tank features an anti-electric shock wall design for water usage, ensuring higher safety and reliability.
8.The system uses secondary heat exchange, resulting in clean, hygienic hot water in the tank, free from impurities and pollution.
