Product Description
The heat pump drying unit is composed of a heat pump main engine, a cabin internal circulation system and an intelligent control system. The operation control of the whole drying system is completed on the controller, and the temperature and humidity of the drying room can be accurately controlled in multiple stages.

The Air Source Heat Pump Dryer consists of a circulation system composed of a compressor, condenser, throttle valve, and evaporator. Its specific operating process is as follows:
1. Compression: At the beginning of the operation, the refrigerant is pressurized by the compressor. At this time, the refrigerant turns into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
2. Heat Release and Air Heating: The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser to release heat. The heat released is sent to the drying kiln by the circulating fan to heat the air in the drying kiln.
3. Evaporation of Moisture: With the increase in air temperature, the moisture in the drying material will gradually evaporate.
4. Dehumidification: The evaporated water vapor will be dehumidified by the fresh air dehumidification system.
5. Subsequently, the refrigerant that releases heat in the heat exchanger (condenser) becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid after passing through the throttle valve and oil liquid separator.
6. Heat Absorption: The liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator, absorbing heat from the atmosphere.
7. Feedback: The compressor absorbs the refrigerant (which has become low-temperature and low-pressure gas) that has absorbed heat, and compresses it again, forming a cycle.
In this way, the Air Source Heat Pump Dryer can constantly absorb heat from the air and release it in the drying kiln to achieve a drying effect. And only a small part of electrical power is required in this process, the rest of the heat comes from the air. So, it's a very energy-efficient and highly effective drying method.

After the compressor operates, the energy is transported (transferred) to the drying box, continuously cycling heating, dehumidifying, removing water, and achieving drying. High-temperature units adopt special processes and special refrigerants, enabling the compressor to produce hot water at 75ºC~85ºC while maintaining good operating conditions, and the thermal efficiency is still more than 2.5.
