Product Description

Working Principle 

The flat plate collector absorbs solar energy and the heat is transferred to water tank through pump circulation; When the temperature difference between collector and tank reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically for heat exchange;
Usually an internal coil is pre-installed in storage tank as heat exchanger, a heat-transfer liquid circulates through flat panel to tank coil for heat exchange between the closed loop and main tank water, and an additional tank coil could be used to form a closed circulation loop for room or floor or pool heating.
There are many different configurations possible; the choice of design will depend on the purpose of the system, climate, space limitations and many other factors.

Features

Glass Cover Panels: The flat-plate collector is equipped with various types of glass cover panels, including patterned tempered glass, low-iron patterned glass, low-iron ultra-clear tempered glass, and tempered glass.

Frames: The frames are constructed from 1.2mm aluminum alloy, which undergoes anodization followed by an additional baking finish. This dual-treatment process enhances both the service life and aesthetic appeal of the product.

Collector Cores: The collector cores are made of blue titanium full-copper or aluminum, and are welded using imported ultrasonic or laser welding machines. This results in a robust structure, efficient heat transfer, and an extended service life.

Insulation: The collector features aluminum foil for heat radiation reduction, effectively preventing heat loss. High-quality rock wool, glass wool, or integral polyurethane foam is used for insulation, with EPDM rubber as the sealing material to ensure minimal heat loss of the product.

Back Plates: The collector back plates are manufactured using integral roll-forming technology, which endows the product with excellent mechanical properties and enhanced insulation performance.
